Since the main development phase of our system has been finished and the crawlers have visitied more than 6,000,000 pages we have registered the domains and have launched the web site and started our service. We are up and running.

PaperSeek is a specialized web search engine which is able to detect plagiarisms, duplicates and similar documents to a given document. The index contains web sites and papers primarily from scientific sources, online encyclopedias and homework databases. PaperSeek also offers business solutions for companies and helps them with its products to search efficiently sets of millions of documents for duplicates. PaperSeek was founded in Germany at the beginning of 2005 by Daniel Etzold as he was studying computer science at the Technical University of Munich.
